The Location Types interface allows you to view and manage location types.

Adding a Location Type

To add a location type, select . The following will be displayed in the table:

Enter the name and click . To undo, click

Editing Location Types

To modify a location, select . Update the name, then click . To cancel, click

Merging Location Types

To merge one location type to another, select the location type in the table. Then click . The following dialogue box is displayed:

In the drop-down, choose the new location type. To confirm, enter the name of the location type in the box. Then, click "merge." All locations previously belonging to the old location type will get associated with the new location type.

Deleting Location Types

To delete a location type, select the location type in the table and click . The following dialogue box is displayed:

Choose "yes" to delete the location type. Choose "no" to cancel.
