For LodgeMaster users, the Application Chooser is the first screen that will open up after a successful login. On the main part of the page, you will see any lodges that you have administrative access to. You can click one to open a lodge and access the LodgeMaster Lodge Client. Below any lodges, if you have claimed access to the Member Portal, you will see an entry that looks similar to a lodge, but has your name on it. Clicking this will open up the Member Portal.

You can avoid hitting this page as the default if you click the Set Default button attached to any entries in the Application Chooser. You may also remove various entries by clicking Remove.

If you are trying to get added to a new LodgeMaster application, you may receive an email code. Right above the list of applications, a button titled Have An Invite? can be found. Click this button to paste the code, making sure you correctly select which application you are trying to access.

If you set an application as default, you can always switch applications by going to the navigation bar in the top menu and locating the Switch Application button. On the Member Portal, this is a large button directly in the navigation bar, while it is in a dropdown menu under your name in the Lodge Client.

Via the Application Manager, you are also able to perform actions on your ArrowID account, such as changing your name, email, and password. You can enable Two-factor authentication on your account.
